What we collect

• Estimate requests: home type, origin and destination addresses, selected add-ons, your name, email, phone, preferred date, and any notes or photos you attach.
• Contact enquiries: your name, email, phone, and message.
• Basic analytics: page views and referrers, collected without cookies and without cross-site tracking.

Why we collect it

Addresses are geocoded and routed so we can calculate distance and produce an estimate. Your contact details are used to send you that estimate and to follow up once about your enquiry.

We do not sell your details, we do not share them with other movers or lead brokers, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Who processes it

• Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
• Supabase — database and file storage for estimate requests.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — spam protection on our forms.
• OpenRouteService, Photon and OpenStreetMap — address lookup and route calculation.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests and contact enquiries are retained while your enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you would rather not submit anything through this site, call us instead — the phone number is in the footer.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it.
