A home that arrives undamaged and is then set wrong will show it within a year — in the doors, the drywall, and the floor. Setup is where the move is actually finished.

Process

How this stage runs.

01

Pad check

We verify the pad is level, compacted, and draining away from the home before a single pier goes down.

02

Block and shim

Piers are set to the support plan, then shimmed until the frame carries evenly across every point.

03

Marry sections

Multi-section homes are pulled together at the marriage line, sealed, and fastened along the full length.

04

Anchor

Ground anchors are driven and strapped to the wind zone rating for your county, then torque-checked.
