Perc and permit
Septic requires a perc test and a health department permit. We schedule both early because they set the timeline.
Grade and pour
The site is cut, compacted, and footed or poured to the support plan for your home's weight and footprint.
Stub utilities
Every connection is brought to the footprint and capped, ready for tie-in the day the home lands.
